Christmas Returns, Exchanges and Queries
As you probably know, we are small yet perfectly formed team (well most of us) and as such we have worked our socks off up until Christmas and are now taking a bit of a breather with our own families.

New Year Shop Opening Hours
Wednesday 29th – 11 until 4 with a small break for lunch
Thursday 30th - 11 until 4 with a small break for lunch
Friday 31st - 11 until 4 with a small break for lunch
Saturday 1st - CLOSED
Sunday 2nd - CLOSED
Monday 3rd – Open as Normal
Returns and Exchanges
Please return to our store for all purchases bought in the shop if travel allows. Refunds will be given as long as a valid receipt is produced, else you may be issued with a store credit note if not.
Internet returns and exchanges* will be dealt with from Wednesday January 5th. The Returns period has been extended until January 14th for Christmas purchases and as long as we receive your returns before that date, in the right condition, they will be processed automatically. There will be someone in the office to receive your returns, but you might not get any notification until after this date when they are processed.
* Your requests for exchanges will be processed automatically as long as we have the alternate product in stock at the time. If we don’t, we will be in touch with alternatives or extended delivery dates so please wait to hear from us.
