We understand at this time of year many orders will be purchased as presents and wont be opened until the Big Ho Ho. That is not a problem we will be happy to help with any exchanges for orders purchased as a present until the 20th January, giving you that extra bit of time to get back into the swing of things again.
Online Order Returns
If you need to return your goods we will be more than happy to help, just read the details below first. Please contact us prior to returning any goods to arrange the return with a description of the problem and to discuss whether you require a refund or exchange.
Full price goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund or exchange. Reduced items must be returned within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund or exchange. All goods must be unused and intact. If the goods you receive are damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
The value of your goods will be refunded in full, however it is down to the buyer to pay the costs of the return postage to Westmorland Sheepskins (expect for incorrect of faulty goods) and we recommend obtaining proof of postage.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
