Full price goods must be returned within 28 days of purchase to receive a refund or exchange. Reduced items must be returned within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund or exchange. All goods must be unused and intact.
If the goods you receive are damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
Please contact us prior to returning any goods to arrange the return with a description of the problem and to discuss whether you require a refund or exchange.
The value of your goods will be refunded in full excluding your original postage costs other than for damaged, faulty or incorrect goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are exchanging your purchase (if you have ordered the wrong size for example) you will need to pay the additional postage costs for this exchange.
