We use the Royal Mail Service to deliver all of your woolly and leather goods to the four corners of the world and endeavour to get your package in the post within 48 hours of your order being submitted and payment received, providing the products are in stock.

 

Within the UK

 

All goods in the UK are automatically sent by Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel and should be received within 2 - 7 days of posting.

 

Our standard delivery charges are;

We use Royal Mail AirMail for all international deliveries (anywhere outside of the UK) and delivery may take up to 28 days.

 

The cost of delivery to any European country (including the Republic of Ireland) is £10.00 and delivery to the rest of the world is £18.50.  All packages to addresses outside of the UK will be sent via a recorded mail service.

 

 

Orders placed on the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will not be posted out until the next working day.

 

Unfortunately there are some things we cannot predict. We will of course make every effort to get your order to you as soon as you can whatever the weather but please take factors like these into account when placing your order.

 

We make every effort to ensure that information about stock is kept as up to date as possible but in rare circumstances, stock levels of our products can be incorrect or change.  In this situation, we reserve the right to offer you an alternative product, an alternative delivery date when the product is next in stock with your agreement or refund the full amount to you.

 

If any of your selected items are found not to be in stock, we will let you know within 24 hours from the time you placed your order.
