    Online Order Returns

    If you need to return your goods we will be more than happy to help, just read the details below first.

    Each order is dispatched with a individual returns form and returns address label. Simply fill the form out pop it in the package and sent back with the product(s).

    Full price goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund or exchange.  Reduced items must be returned within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund or exchange.  All goods must be unused and intact. If the goods you receive are damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible.

    The value of your goods will be refunded in full, however it is down to the buyer to pay the costs of the return postage to Westmorland Sheepskins (expect for incorrect of faulty goods) and we recommend obtaining proof of postage. 

    Exchanges - Please contact us prior to returning if you are wanting to exchange for a different size. If stock is limited we can always hold the item for you and post it out once we receive the original item(s) back. Again we recommend obtaining proof of postage.
