    Please be aware that any orders processed after 13:00 on Wednesday 21st December 2016 will not be shipped until Tuesday 2nd January.

    We use the Royal Mail Service to deliver all of your woolly and leather goods to the four corners of the world and endeavour to get your package in the post within 48 hours of your order being submitted and payment received, providing the products are in stock.

    UK DELIVERY

    All goods in the UK are automatically sent by Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel and should be received within 2 - 7 days of posting.  For larger packages, such as rugs and bean bags we may use Hermes, which may take 3 to 5 working days.

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

    Standard delivery for international deliveries is via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Delivery times usually vary between 7 and 10 days but may take up to 28 days.

    Larger items like pouffes and beanbags are not currently available for International Delivery.

    Please note...

    Orders placed on the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will not be posted out until the next working day.

    Unfortunately there are some things we cannot predict. We will of course make every effort to get your order to you as soon as you can whatever the weather but please take factors like these into account when placing your order.

    We make every effort to ensure that information about stock is kept as up to date as possible but in rare circumstances, stock levels of our products can be incorrect or change.  In this situation, we reserve the right to offer you an alternative product, an alternative delivery date when the product is next in stock with your agreement or refund the full amount to you.

    If any of your selected items are found not to be in stock, we will let you know within 24 hours from the time you placed your order.
