The most comfortable sheepskin slippers I've ever worn, they mould to the foot like a sock. The back in particular is very clever - slopes inwards to hug my narrow heels with no gapping at all. The sole is soft, thin and flexible, which I prefer to a chunky hard sole, and it's still plenty soft, cushioned and warm. Have to commend Gem for her service, too, helping me with recommendations, etc. Altogether a 5 experience from a family business - how it should be :).
3rd pair of these, my husband loves them. They are actually very hard wearing even when he gets them a little wet 🤦♀️
Very comfortable, a solid sole and extremely good looking. I definitely prefer them to the Birkenstock equivalent, which I wore for years!
Westmorland is excellent at everything! The water bottle cover will be my constant friend once winter comes! We had a small stormy, rainy day and the test run was fabulous! Soft AND well made. The shipping to the US was really easy. I expected it to take bit, but I’ve had packages coming from inside the US take longer! The packaging was really beautiful & I look forward to purchasing more wool items for gifts!

Bought these to replace my old sheepskin slippers which were over a year old, also bought here. Excellent quality, arrived quickly in paper packaging and in a mesh bag that I can use again. Love to support a British company. Yes they are tight to start with but loosen after a few days wear to give the perfect fit.
This is a lovely company to deal with. The products are first class, fabulous customer service, fast delivery, well packaged, and such a treat when you find a Yorkshire tea bag included. I've bought the Cadi slippers for my partner and l've bought several other products before. Never disappointed, always super happy with the product & service.
I am delighted with my purchase of these shoes. Needing wide fitting shoes , I was somewhat apprehensive as to whether these shoes would be roomy enough but they are very comfortable and fit well , beautifully made too.
Bought my 2nd pair of these with the shiny heel bit on them. Fantastic and comfortable. I wear them out sometimes. Well made and exactly as described on website. Couldn't be happier.
I love these- the colour is great and they are really comfy- if the Velcro could allow it to be a bit tighter that would be great- but I still love them.
I take a ladies size 9 which is at the top end of the sizing. The slippers were extremely tight upon receipt but the information received with the order explained they are snug and will loosen in time. Although I intend to persevere with them, if I am honest I think they are too small. As a size 10 is not available all I can do is wait and see but after 4 days they are still uncomfortably tight. I can say though the slippers are fantastic quality and if I could get a size 10 I would be delighted with them.
Having lost Westmorland as a neighbour in Harrogate, I decided to visit their showroom and warehouse in Pool in Wharfedale.
I have to say that despite my indecisive tendencies, Gemma and her assistant were so patient and helpful.
The sheepskin I finished up choosing is ideal and I love my slippers. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Looking forward to wearing Moa in the winter, will help to keep my feet and ankles warm.

Great service, thank you, the slippers arrived very quickly. They feel lovely and look well made. My normal size seems to be right. Haven’t worn them yet in the warm weather but can’t wait for winter to snuggle into them.

Love these sandals, a quirky take on a classic style, lovely quality, and so comfy. Super adjustable too if you have narrower feet. I had trouble with the sizing and Gem was a star helping me arrange an exchange. Top product, top service.
These sheepskin covers look and feel wonderful. They were recommended by a friend and I bought them as a present for my husband's birthday... and one for me of course, but as it's August I haven't yet been able to use them. Roll on winter! And thank you for the teabag x
